С февраля по октябрь этого года в 21 субъекте страны прошло мониторинговое исследование по оценке уровня информационно-коммуникационной (ИК) компетентности выпускников основной школы (учащихся 9-х классов). Под ИК-компетентностью понималась способность использовать учащимися цифровые технологии для доступа к информации, ее поиска, интегрирования, оценки, а также создания и передачи, с соблюдением этических и правовых норм, в объеме, достаточном для того, чтобы успешно учиться, жить и трудиться в условиях современного цифрового общества.

read more...On April 23 and 24, for the first time, as part of the pilot part of the project, online assessment of IC literacy of students in several schools of the Komi Republic was conducted using the IC Literacy Test tool.
The assessment was conducted the local WINDOWS assembling. This method of assessment is suitable if there is a stable Internet channel with low requirements for channel bandwidth (for 20 tested, a channel of 256 KB / s is sufficient). During the assessment students complete a sequence of 16 assessment items and fill out a sociological questionnaire.

At the same time, it turned out that the child’s information and communication literacy does not depend on the level of family income. The assessment results confirmed the hypothesis of the tool developers that the educational level of parents positively affects the level of IC literacy of students.
