II Russian Forum «Priorities 2015: Informatization of Education and Health Care in Russia»

On December 3, in Moscow new opportunities for ICT technologies at the II Russian Forum “Priorities 2015: Informatization of Education and Health Care in Russia”, organized by ComNews Group with the support of the Federation Council, the Russian Ministry of Health and the Moscow Department of Information Technology. The forum was attended by more than 150 figures in informatization of education and healthcare in Russia from government agencies, medical institutions, universities and companies from all over the country.

Within the practical section Ksenia Tarasova, PhD in Pedagogy, leading specialist of the Department of ICT Developmen, National Training Foundation, made a presentation "IC literacy. Why is it necessary for modern students? What affects its formation?"

The presentation was devoted to the Information and Communication Literacy Assessment Tool developed at NTF, as well as the results of the first international comparative study of computer and information literacy of modern students from all around the world - ICILS.
